APAGON must receive the returned item within 10 days after the issuance of a merchandise return authorization number (RMA). The assigned RMA number will be valid only for 10 days and will expire on the eleventh day after its issuance, the date from which any returned item will be rejected.

Items must be returned as if they were new, with the delivery note, warranty coupons, UPC labels, manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If all original merchandise with the accessories and materials included with it is not returned, the item will be returned to the customer without its refund and the customer must also pay the shipping costs.

Items that are rejected by the customer or cannot be delivered will be returned to APAGON and the amount of the product and taxes will be refunded, less shipping and handling costs. Keep in mind that money refunds take between two and three weeks. It is the client's responsibility to agree with the delivery company a new immediate and adequate delivery in case they could not deliver the product on the first attempt.
